ApartmentPorphyr
This apartment is located in the oldest part of the winery. This was the location of the “Torggl”, in other words the wine press. A comfortable and cosy apartment with a beautiful bathroom and kitchenette.

Probably the most beautiful luxury suite in the wine village of Terlano. The airy and bright ambience combines the historical and the modern, the rustic and the stylish. It includes a four-poster bed, an open fireplace, chandeliers, a relaxing reading gallery, a free-standing bathtub, a light-flooded bathroom.

You are welcome to use our private pool (from May-September). But remember: We are sporty and like the water cool! We ask you to bring your own bathing towels to use the pool.

The reservation is validated by a confirmation email from us. In order to secure the reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit per apartment of €200.00 (for the „Porphyr“ and „Kreuth“ apartments) or €300.00 (for the „Nova Domus“ and „Quarz“ apart-suites).

There are no cancellation fees for cancellations up to 90 days prior to arrival. We only retain the deposit paid as compensation for the bureaucratic work involved. Cancellations at a later date, late arrival, early departure or no-show will be charged as follows
- 89 – 30 days before arrival – 40% of the total amount booked
- 29 – 7 days before the start of the holiday – 70% of the total amount booked
- Cancellation within the last week before arrival – 90% of the total amount booked
- In the event of early departure, late arrival or “no show”, the entire booked amount will be charged
Cancellation, for whatever reason, is never a nice thing. That is why we advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance.

We ask you to pay your bill in cash, by bank transfer or direct banking. We ask for your understanding that we do not accept credit or debit cards.
On the day of arrival the apartments are ready to move in from 15:00. If you will arrive after 19:00, we request that you let us know by telephone. Check out is at 10:00.
Our apartments, like the rest of the house, are non-smoking apartments. Smoking is only permitted outside.
